Once Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are over, the streets of Jerusalem fill with sukkot (temporary huts) and stands selling palm leaves, myrtle, willows and etrogs, sometimes known in English as citrons for people to choose from and build their own lulav and etrog sets.
